Why would you choose Judoclub Brunssum?
Judoclub Brunssum is an open and warm organisation. You will feel like you found another family. Everyone is welcome, which is why you can always visit us without making an appointment first.
However, Besides having a pleasant atmosphere, having great technique is evenly important. Judoclub Brunssum is known for it’s high technical level of judo. Because of these conditions, you can learn to become a great judoka at JC Brunssum.
Beside the recreational judo we have a group of judoka that compete in tournaments. These judoka can have extra training hours to make sure they perform their best at any tournament.
Judoclub Brunssum is a club, where everyone’s interests can be found. Come have a look yourself and meet us in person!
koffie-inloop
The ‘koffie-inloop’ is one of those informal activities that show the typical family-like feeling of our club. Parents, members and staff socialise, while enjoying a cup of coffee, tea or something else. Of course you can hear about important clubnews and maybe meet some new people. This is also a great way to get to know the club and its people when you are a new member or are considering to become a member.

results
Judoclub Brunssum is mainly a recreational club. Despite this, lately we have been directing our attention to competitions as well. This has started to pay off and the results are showing. For example; We have been able to send multiple judoka to the Dutch championships over the years. In 2015 our youth team managed to win in the second toughest poule of the JJCL (a tournament for teamcompetition). The free competition training we offer every Saturday can also be visited by non-members of our club. An extra possibility to visit the competition training is on Wednesday at a very low price (for the reason that the rent of the gymnasium needs to be covered). In short: if you want to work out nice and hard, JC Brunssum is the right place.

Judo is een geweldige sport. Telkens weer geniet ik ervan hoe Joaz en zijn team werken naar een betere techniek, tactiek en conditie. Het geeft een extra kick en uitdaging om deze momenten van perfectie vast leggen. Foto's voor onze website maken is daarom extra leuk.
Ook ben ik in 2015 begonnen als bestuurslid bij judoclub Brunssum. Met ons sterke team proberen wij onze vereniging met leden nog sterker te maken.
